What’s new this year?
A new venue:
This year, Better Outcomes will be held at the LEED-certified Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls – a beautiful venue centrally located in downtown Niagara Falls just steps away from our host hotels, the Marriott on the Falls and Marriott Fallsview. In fact, this convention centre is completely above-ground, features floor-to-ceiling windows in the foyer and most meeting rooms overlook a beautiful monk-run vineyard.
In addition to our annual 5km run/walk through the surrounding parkland, we’ll be introducing a yoga session this year! There will also be more opportunities to discuss and learn with colleagues, meet with influencers, and of course have fun with events and receptions filled with entertainment – all surrounded by Niagara’s world-famous natural wonders.

To keep up with our attendees’ diverse lines of business and geographic needs, we are expanding our content tracks this year to include seven streams of AlayaCare University and six during the general conference. We’ll also now have an entire lounge dedicated to networking and partner meetings.
New Executive Experience:
This year’s conference offers a new Executive Experience program designed specifically for the C-Suite. The program includes educational content crafted to propel your agency towards the future, supplemented by additional networking opportunities and thought leadership sessions designed specifically for executive attendees.
