AIRDOCS integrates with AlayaCare

Partnership enhances home and community care client communications

(January 22, 2019) Toronto, ON – AlayaCare has expanded the services it offers home and community care clients through its recent integration with AIRDOCS. The integration provides all AlayaCare customers with the capability to automate, personalize and digitize communications. 

Started by customer communications experts, AIRDOCS integrates customer communications management (CCM) components into a SaaS platform providing organizations with a turnkey capability to generate and control any client communication, from anywhere, at anytime, delivered to every available channel.
