Dr. Abdul Shaikh

Dr. Abdul Shaikh is the Global Leader for Population Health for Amazon Web Services (AWS). He brings more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare providers, payors, researchers, governments and nonprofits harness data for more equitable, efficient, and person-centered care. Prior to AWS, Abdul was the Population Health Leader for PwC, leading strategy, design and organization transformation, and served as a Program Director at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and ONC. In this latter role his service was recognized by the Whitehouse for leading the first COMPETES Act innovation prize competitions. Abdul’s professional activities include serving on the HIMSS SDoH Committee, AWS Health Equity Initiative Review Committee, and the National Academy of Medicine’s Digital Health Action Collaborative.

Adrian Schauer is the founder and CEO of AlayaCare, a home healthcare software scale-up delivering the next disruptive solution for the global home-based care market. Adrian is a serial technology entrepreneur having built two successful mobile software companies; both achieving leadership positions in their respective markets. Adrian is an active Angel Investor and sits on the boards of several tech start-ups. Adrian is also the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, a non-profit organization created to support innovative solutions to the health problems in low income countries.

Andrew McDonald has over 20 years of experience leading innovative product teams that break into new markets, beat the competition, and delight customers. He has been part of a successful exit of a venture-backed startup and multiple enterprise software businesses that have grown rapidly and profitably past the $300M revenue mark. He comes to AlayaCare, having most recently held senior positions at Alcatel-Lucent, CENX, and Kinaxis where he was the Chief Product Officer. An avid hockey player, Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

As AlayaCare’s CRO, Geoff leads our global revenue organization overseeing go-to-market functions across sales, marketing, and account management. He is passionate about leveraging technology to transform the future of care in the home by fostering deep partnerships with our customers and stakeholders. Having been an early believer in AlayaCare's mission, Geoff formally joined in 2022, bringing a diverse background spanning two decades in technology, finance, and capital markets, most recently as a Managing Director with Scotiabank’s Global Equities division. He is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

As Chief Operating Officer, George oversees a portfolio of AlayaCare’s operating functions including Customer Success, Strategy & Corporate Development, People & Culture, Finance, Legal and Compliance. A passionate academic, thought leader and team-builder, George joined AlayaCare and the home-based care industry after more than a decade building Clio into the largest and most innovative legal technology platform in the world. George contributed significantly to the digital transformation of the practice of law by launching the Legal Trends Report. He also serves as a Board Member to several technology startups and is a mentor to technology leaders. At AlayaCare, George focuses on building high-performing teams that help our customers thrive.

Isaac Alexander is responsible for leading and driving the AlayaCare product and technology vision. He is responsible for developing new and innovative approaches, which will serve as the basis for AlayaCare’s technology for several years into the future; helping manage and coordinate the resources and processes to deliver software releases of company products. Isaac develops the vision, definition, and strategy for the engineering and product teams by driving project/program initiatives that deliver on AlayaCare’s vision.In addition, Isaac is tasked with working with the teams in solving technical issues on performance, scalability, extensibility and enterprise systems including technical leadership for the full product life cycle. He is the champion for AlayaCare's individual contributor career track ensuring top talent is challenged and supported well.

Naomi Goldapple

Naomi is Senior Vice President of Data and Intelligence at AlayaCare. Her responsibilities include the data architecture, data pipelines, reporting and business intelligence solutions, as well as running AlayaLabs which is R&D. The lab drives AlayaCare’s innovation strategy through applied research in machine learning, Gen AI and optimization applications. Naomi also has a wealth of experience as a start-up entrepreneur and a seasoned business executive. Before joining AlayaCare, Naomi was one of the earliest members of Element AI and was responsible for developing AI products and solutions for the transport and logistics industry.
