The purpose of Better Outcomes is to provide the inspiration, education and connections you need to grow and transform your business. Product Input and Updates

Throughout multiple product sessions, Neil Grunberg, AlayaCare's VP, Product, will introduce clients to some of the new features and functionality within the AlayaCare platform. Clients and attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on new features and suggestions for the product roadmap.

Shared Client Experiences and Training

During several training workshops, Gosia Radaczynska, VP Client Success, will demonstrate how to take advantage of specific features and functionality within AlayaCare. Networking breaks and our evening gala gives clients a chance to share their experiences with the software and exchange best practice insights.

Prepare your organization for clinical best practices in AlayaCare, regardless of the clinical needs from home care to complex skilled nursing. This course is for clinical or operational leads currently not deployed on AlayaCare or are only using scheduling/back office features and are interested in stretching the breadth of your deployment. 

Coordination 101 
New to AlayaCare? Coordination 101 will give you a foundational understanding of client and employee onboarding within AlayaCare.

Finance 101
Looking to understand finance within AlayaCare? This course will give you a foundational understanding of the financial settings within AlayaCare and how the features work together.

Looking to extend your technology ecosystem with AlayaCare?  This course with introduce you to the AlayaSphere and our partner ecosystem.  Along with Kristen Saldanha, Director of Client Experience and Aryn Gatto, Partner Manager - AIRDOCS, ionMy, Caredove and Home Care Pulse will walk you through how they integrate with AlayaCare to take your business to the next level.

Clinical 102
This course will help you develop a plan to roll out or refine your workflows around care planning, and see it in action with the new Care Plan module.

Coordination 102
For clients that are new to AlayaCare's scheduling module, you will leave this course with a foundational understanding of scheduling in AlayaCare and where scheduling tasks can be completed.

Finance 102
For clients that are new to AlayaCare's finance module, you will leave this course with a foundational understanding of the invoicing process and feel confident invoicing out of AlayaCare.

Who should attend Better Outcomes?

Better Outcomes is open to AlayaClients, tech and home care industry professionals and home healthcare providers. If you're interested in learning about outcome-focused home healthcare technologies and the future of home care, Better Outcomes is the conference for you. 

Will I get a list of delegates attending the conference?

An electronic PDF version of the delegate list will be sent out to the Conference delegates. It will also be available to download with the speaker presentations. Kindly respect the privacy of our delegates – this list is not to be used for advertising purposes. If your name does not appear on this list, it is because you opted out of the list on your registration form.

What is the recommended dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended at Better Outcomes.
What meals are provided?

Will I get a copy of the speaker presentations?
