At AlayaCare we work hard to be transparent and straightforward with our customers, partners, and suppliers. We think that our contractual relationships shouldn’t be any different. Our contracts support the delivery of our home care EHR platform by defining our commitments and how we share responsibilities with customers and partners. Our SaaS model allows us to invest in industry-leading functionality and cost savings for our customers. They do however require us to maintain a certain level of standardization. Our service commitments, the security of the data that we maintain, and our privacy and other regulatory compliance obligations are not just words in a contract, they guide us every day. 

We use a Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) as our base contractual document and supplement it with schedules and addenda that round out our services offering for things like our SLA and professional services. A Schedule of Exceptions allows our customers to reflect any key requirements or business processes that need to be accommodated.
AlayaCare’s electronic health record platform provides integration opportunities for partners and enhanced capabilities and efficiencies for customers.
