Adrian is an active Angel Investor and sits on the boards of several companies including fast-growing technology firms like the point-of-care medical device company Chipcare, the SaaS company TrackTik, and the GRC software provider Resolver. Adrian is also the co-founder of the Madiro Fund, a charitable organization created to support innovative solutions to the health problems in low-income countries.
Brady Murphy is an accomplished marketer, speaker, and entrepreneur, he has been part of two exists of start-ups in the technology field. The first startup brought to marketers the world of mobile marketing, his company was one of the first mobile marketing agencies to emerge in the digital boom in the early 2000s. The second startup was a pioneering software company to bring mobility to workforce management. Today, Brady oversees sales and marketing of AlayaCare.
Neil Grunberg serves as Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at AlayaCare Inc. Mr. Grunberg has spent more than 17 years focused on workforce management, mobility, and operational software. His breadth of expertise ranges from consulting and project management to pre-sales and then eventually onto managing sales and marketing for a successful startup before joining the Vortex Connect team and then onto AlayaCare.

Gosia Radaczynska joined AlayaCare as VP Client Success following 6 years at a healthcare-IT company where she led a high-performing team of implementation, clinical, and technical professionals. With experience delivering quality improvement initiatives, a background in government, as well as several successful start-ups under her belt, Gosia Radaczynska is an accomplished leader with a proven ability to drive value for customers.
Richard is responsible for the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions at AlayaCare. He leads a small team of in-house and external professionals who support key aspects of AlayaCare's business and operations including intellectual property, commercial contracting and strategic partnerships, regulatory matters, privacy and data security, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Richard brings over 20 years of experience building and developing innovative and high-growth technology companies, including most recently acting as SVP, Legal and Compliance at PointClickCare, one of the leading EHR providers in the long-term care space.
Patrick Charbonneau is a product management professional with 15 years of experience leading product teams in multiple industries in small, medium and large enterprise organizations.
Having started his career in software after a bachelor degree in software engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, Patrick quickly became interested in product management and perfected his training with a graduate diploma in management and finance from McGill, as well as specific product management training at Berkeley University.
During his 15 years in product management, Patrick successfully lead product teams in defense during his tenure at Lockheed Martin Canada, in IT security and premium technical with Radialpoint and more recently in health technology with TELUS Health.
Naomi's current challenge as Head of AlayaLabs is to support AlayaCare's innovation strategy through applied research in machine learning and optimization applications. Naomi has spent the last few years leveraging and exploiting new technologies to build and commercialize products that solve real business problems.
Prior, Naomi was the VP Business Development at Nexalogy, responsible for commercializing the suite of products, forging channel partnerships and growing the sales. Naomi’s unique experience combines both start-up entrepreneur and seasoned IBM technology and business consultant.
Vanessa is currently VP of Human resources, responsible for internal operations, people and culture at AlayaCare. She leads a team who supports key aspects of the business including internal solutions, talent acquisition, HR business partners and people operations. Vanessa brings over 10 years’ experience growing, scaling and optimizing global departments as well as aligning and leading world-class HR teams. Holding both an MBA, as well as a Masters in psychology has enabled Vanessa to contribute in a unique multi-faceted way to a wide range of businesses along her career path. Starting with Yahoo! In Paris and then Yahoo! In London, before moving to Montreal working in the equally-challenging visual effects and in-flight entertainment industries. Before AlayaCare, Vanessa held a senior HR leadership role at Shopify, a leading global e-commerce player. In this role, she contributed to the aggressive scaling of the business including 100% YoY organic growth in Montreal from 25 to 350 employees in addition to multiple international M&A transactions. Throughout her career in various tech sectors, Vanessa has been able to demonstrate that she is business-driven with a global acumen and growth mindset while thriving on change. Annette leads AlayaCare’s Australia and New Zealand operations. She brings more than 23 years of experience in the aged care industry, holding numerous positions, including COO of BaptistCare NSW – Australia’s leading and most respected home, community and residential aged care provider, with over 3,500 employees and 160 offices. There she oversaw the operational activities of the organisation and led the company’s strategy and growth.
In her role as AlayaCare General Manager ANZ, Annette leads the growth strategy of the ANZ operations, focusing on delivering better client care and experiences and leveraging data to drive improved outcomes.
Scott Shaw is our Director of Sales at AlayaCare Australia. Scott leads the sales strategy for the ANZ region and provides leadership and guidance to a dedicated client focused sales team.
Scott has been part of the team for over 6 years where he helped grow the Procura operation to a position of dominance. Bringing over 12 years’ experience in leading technical sales and negotiations having worked for start-ups, owner operators and true multinationals across Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Philippines, Thailand, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. Outside of work Scott is an active member of Royal QLD Golf Club and enjoys all things outdoors. He is proud of his rural New Zealand upbringing and believes this keeps him hungry and humble.
John is our Technical Services Lead in Asia Pacific. John has 20 years in e-Health with experience right the way across the Health ecosystem both locally and globally in hospitals, GPs, specialists and most recently, 6 years in Community Health. A self-confessed geek, he has a passionate about preventative health care through well integrated technologies and better use of data. With an early passion for Artificial Intelligence, John is looking forward to the utilisation of predictive technologies to improve health and business outcomes. Outside of work he enjoys chasing his kids around, indoctrinating them to the world of Lego and woodworking.
