Join us at the HSSO Conference June 19-20, 2018

This week, AlayaCare took a big step in our ongoing evolution by acquiring Canesto Systems. We have long admired Canesto’s industry-leading contact and resource management software, and it was a natural fit to bring them into the AlayaCare community, as they shared our mission of outfitting home care agencies with the tools they need to deliver optimal care to clients. We’re now well-positioned to further extend our goal of creating software that possesses complete interoperability throughout the rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

We’ve always recognized the importance of collecting aggregate population health data in order to inform how to best meet the needs of home and community care professionals and ultimately foster better patient outcomes. Those patients travel in many directions across the continuum of care, so their data must travel with them. For that, there needs to be in place fully flexible technology that can support such movement.

That’s why when we set out to create our technology, we concentrated on a cloud-based platform and the right APIs to effectively and efficiently integrate any outside system. One cross-functional platform in home care fosters the centralization and integration of data — leading to more informed care decisions and the swift ability to deploy resources to clients, facilities or care providers.

AlayaCare’s move to acquire Canesto serves to improve our visibility into population health data, helping us achieve an even greater understanding of the needs of the sector and how our technology can evolve right along with it.

Join us at the HSSO Achieving Excellence Together Conference

There is no better a spot to learn more about that technology than next week, when AlayaCare joins the Health Shared Services Ontario (HSSO) conference in Toronto. This valuable event, which runs June 19-20, brings together patients, caregivers, providers and key partners with Ontario’s 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) to celebrate innovation, integration and excellence in health care delivery.

Register to join us at this free event and hear our founder and CEO Adrian Schauer speak on Tuesday, June 19 at 1 p.m. about AlayaCare’s experience with self-directed care models. We’ll be on site throughout, handing out popcorn, demonstrating our software and hosting an exclusive cocktail party on Tuesday evening at Hotel X Toronto on the 28th floor.

If you can’t attend the HSSO conference, you can always learn more about AlayaCare and Canesto by contacting Brady Murphy, AlayaCare’s VP, Sales & Marketing – [email protected].

Hope to see you there!
