Leading home care software platform, AlayaCare, announced their partnership and integration with Home Care Pulse – a leading organization for quality assurance and performance benchmarking in the home care industry. The integration provides AlayaCare customers with more tools to measure and improve the quality care that they provide to clients in their home.
Home Care Pulse helps home and community care agencies measure the satisfaction of their clients and caregivers, by conducting telephone interviews on behalf of home care agencies to gather unbiased feedback and ratings.
